2008 FFLA Inagural Draft

The 2008 FFLA Inaugural draft will kick off Sunday, August 10th, at 1:00 p.m. This is the beginning a many exciting years of fantasy football.

The draft can be anywhere between 14 to 28 rounds. We must have a minumum of 14 rounds in order for teams to field a full starting roster. Teams will be able to acquire players in free agency immediately following the draft to acquire additional players. Immediately following the draft teams will be able to sign players to contract if they choose. All players must be signed prior to the 1st regular season game in order to an active player. Any player not signed to a contract must be offered a practice squad contract. Teams are only permitted 5 practice squad players.

We will try and have an overview of the rules and regulations before or after the draft.

Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.

All teams will be given a time limit for each pick so owners are responsible for being prepared in advance to expedite the process.
